1. Dogs (although not allowed in the farmhouse/accommodation), are welcome on the farm.
   However as this is a working farm, their owners must ensure they are to be kept on leads at all times.

Please Also Ensure Your Dog's Vaccination’s are up-to date, i.e. Kennel Cough etc
- Kennels will be available if requested with booking.

2. B&B Maximum persons, 6, not suitable for children under 10 years

3. Stabling up to 4 horses, grazing available, see website for prices, request when booking.

4. Payments by cheque only, made payable to Mrs.C.Cromarty

5.Deposit of £20 per person required.

6. Guest rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.We ask you to check out by 11am on the day of departure, although late check-out is available for a small fee.

7. Full remainder of the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

8. Rooms cancelled within 72 hours (3 Days) of due arrival date (or failure to arrive) are subject to full payment if the rooms cannot be re let. See Cancellations for more info.
